• Licensing grants access to curriculum materials, activities, digital assets, and educator support resources.

• Licenses are non‑transferable and may not be shared outside the licensed classroom, school, or district.

Individual and Community Use

• Families, youth groups, and community organizations may access free resources for personal, non‑commercial use.

• Premium modules, extended content, or downloadable assets may require a subscription or purchase.

3. Merchandise

QuakeGuardians‑branded merchandise (plush characters, books, apparel, activity kits, etc.) may be available through our online store.

• All sales are subject to availability, shipping costs, and applicable taxes.

• Merchandise may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from FireLine Solutions.

4. Intellectual Property

All mascots, characters, graphics, videos, curriculum materials, music, and digital assets on QuakeGuardians.ca are the exclusive property of FireLine Solutions.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent, except as permitted under an active license.

• Unauthorized use of QuakeGuardians assets may result in suspension of access and/or legal action.
